Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item:

  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, e.g. unpainted and unbroken.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Needs to have proof of purchase, i.e. the receipt

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if determined whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund.  We will notify you of the outcome within two (2) working days after inspecting the item.

 

If a refund is approved, you will receive the funds subject to your credit card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

If you are eligible for a replacement, any return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Major Credit Cards accepted for all orders only via the internet. Orders will NOT be processed, received or approved by phone, by fax, or post.

 

Cheques, Cash and Postal Orders

All prices for goods on the website are in United States Dollars (USD$) and subject to regular daily exchange rate variations between currencies.  The final purchase price appearing on the purchaser’s credit card statement may vary due to these exchange rate variations at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Taxation

The prices for goods displayed for sale are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.  Where there are additional charges for postage and delivery, it will be displayed at the time of purchase.
